Ascendancy Wrestling Academy offers wrestling programs for children (ages 5+), youth, and adults, focusing on character development, athletic growth, fitness, and self-defense. They partner with Genki Jiu-Jitsu to provide Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Combat Wrestling classes. Beginners are welcome, with no prior experience necessary.

Classes run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings, and Sunday mornings. Child & Youth programs are on hold between July 20 - August 14 for summer camp.
