1. What InquireMap is

InquireMap operates directories of local businesses, including martial arts studios in Canada. Listing information is gathered from public sources and from the businesses themselves. We are a discovery and inquiry service: when you send a request through the site, we contact the business on your behalf and pass back what we learn.

2. No affiliation, no bookings, no guarantees

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the businesses listed unless a listing explicitly says so. Nothing is booked, reserved, or purchased through this site. We make reasonable efforts to relay inquiries and responses, but we cannot guarantee that a business will respond, honour an offer, or have availability. Any class, membership, or other arrangement is strictly between you and the business.

3. Accuracy of listings

Details such as disciplines, programs, schedules, ratings, trial offers, and pricing can change without notice and may contain errors. Confirm anything you plan to rely on directly with the business. If you own a listed business and want a correction, removal, or to claim your listing, contact us at info@inquiremap.com.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact information when you submit a request — that is how the business or we reach you. You must be the age of majority in your province, or have a parent or guardian submit on your behalf. Do not use the site to scrape data, misrepresent yourself, send unlawful content, or interfere with the service.

5. Physical activity disclaimer

Martial arts involve physical exertion and a risk of injury. Content on this site, including blog guides, is general information, never medical or professional advice. Assess your own condition, consult a physician where appropriate, and rely on the instructions of qualified coaches at the studio you join.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and compiled directory are ours or licensed to us. Business names and marks belong to their owners and appear for identification only. You may not republish the directory in bulk without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, InquireMap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any interaction with a listed business, including injuries, disputes, or losses connected to services a business provides.
