PEI MMA offers classes in self-defence, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and strength and conditioning for both kids (ages 4-14) and adults. They also provide women's only self-defence and private lessons, focusing on developing strong bodies and minds through martial arts. Beginners are welcome to start their martial arts journey.
