This studio specializes in Kyokushin Karate, known for its intense conditioning and sparring sessions, designed to push practitioners to their limits. The instructor is a 4th Dan Kyokushin practitioner with over 30 years of experience, having completed the 100 Kumite challenge. All memberships include conditioning classes, open floor access, and gym equipment access.
