This non-profit, member-run club has been teaching Judo in Guelph since 1974. They offer programs for children (ages 6-14), youth (ages 14-17), and adults (18+), welcoming all levels from beginner to experienced. The club focuses on practical self-defence, safety-first training, and building confidence and community.
