TKD Galt offers ITF-style Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Gumdo classes for kids, teens, and adults, from beginners to advanced martial artists. The programs focus on self-defense, fitness, confidence, and personal growth in a family-friendly environment. They are the headquarters of the Canadian Korean Martial Arts Federation and offer annual training trips to South Korea.
