Burloak Aikikai Aikido
Burloak Aikikai Aikido offers non-competitive Aikido training for adults and teens aged 15 and up, welcoming all abilities. The curriculum includes evasions, throws, pins, and training with tanto, jo, and bokken, providing good exercise that is challenging and fun. The chief instructor is a 6th-dan Shidoin who trained for 11 years at the Aikikai Hombu Dojo in Tokyo.

Monday evenings 9:00 - 10:15 pm, Saturday mornings 8:00 - 9:30 am, Sunday mornings 8:00 - 9:30 am, Wednesday evenings 9:00 - 10:15 pm. Plus one black belt class per month on a Friday evening 9:00 - 10:15 pm.
