East Coast Amateur Boxing Academy is a traditional boxing club offering a fun and safe environment for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. They provide classes for all genders, ages, and fitness levels, including mixed, women's, senior, competitive, and private boxing sessions. New boxer orientation classes are also available.

Mixed Boxing Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Women's Non-competitive classes are every Tuesday and Thursday. New Boxer Orientation classes are the first Tuesday and Thursday of each month if there is space.
