Knots Jiu-Jitsu is Moncton's premier BJJ academy, offering structured programs for all ages from Baby Jitsu (2-3 years) to adults (14+), including Gi, No-Gi, and MMA classes. They focus on a fun, safe, and welcoming environment with a structured curriculum for progressive skill development from white belt to black belt, and also prepare students for competition.

Available 7 days a week for Adults, Gi & No-Gi classes every week for Kids/Youth/Adults, MMA training every Monday & Wednesday at 7:30 PM.
