Nakamura Judo offers judo classes for all ages and levels, from Mini Judokas (3-6) and Teen Judokas (7-13) to Adult Judokas. They also provide a Girls Only Judo program for ages 6 and older. The club focuses on developing athletic abilities, leadership skills, and preparing athletes for competition.
