Kenzen Karate offers beginner-friendly karate classes for children (ages 4-15) and adults (16+), focusing on fitness, self-defense, and mental toughness. They also provide Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults and have a competition program. Students can work towards their black belt.
