Team Impact is a non-profit boxing gym in downtown Calgary offering boxing and K1 kickboxing classes for youth (ages 12 and up) and adults. They cater to all levels, from beginners to competitors, focusing on fitness, skill development, and confidence building. Personal training is also available.
